• To change the shape's dimensions just hover over it and check the squares.
• ALIGN SHAPES: Select both shapes (or hole) with click and Shift key, then top right tool to 'Align'
• HOLLOW A SHAPE: put a hole shape inside the other (align it if required) and then, up right, group button
